PROJECT BRIEF
This was a freelance project where I worked as the Lead Designer and Brand Strategist by providing new graphic designs, photo editing and marketing materials. Some examples would be illustrating artwork for apparels, creating advertisements for social media, creating promotional products such as stickers and banners, and conceptualizing photoshoot, modeling and editing. I also managed the Facebook Page by scheduling ads and social media contents to engage the business’ audience. Facebook Page Insight was utilized to analyze which posts were receiving the most views and at what time of the day and week. Promotion was also done via my personal Twitter account. Aside for creative duties, I also aided by promoting the products by attending pop-up locations.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
LavishTee Clothing is an online Vancouver-based street style apparel brand.
CREATION
To create graphic design for this client, I had to learn to embody their company culture of street style since I was not attuned to this style. I did research by observing graffiti and street art around town and online. I also researched competitors to study their creative directions and apparels.

Though only one of my graphic tee designs were produced during my work term, I had created more than ten different designs for them. Some graphics were used for promotional products instead. The design that was used for clothing was called “Royal Blood”. The idea behind the Royal Blood graphic was because LavishTee had a moto which revolved around the idea that anybody could be lavish; that by wearing their apparel they are proud to display their lavishness. Furthering this idea, Royal Blood is a display that we are all born with lavishness; since it is in our blood.
